The ultimate decision to engage a Driver rests solely and exclusively with the Rider.

We do not vet, background check, monitor, or verify the licensing, registration, regulatory compliance, or insurance status of any Driver listing a profile on this website.

Rider Responsibility

It is the sole and absolute responsibility of the Rider to independently request, review, and verify a Driver's active insurance policies, valid driver's licenses, commercial permits, and any other necessary credentials before entering into any agreement or vehicle.

No Warranties

All listings and profile information are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Any star ratings, reviews, testimonials, or feedback displayed on a Driver’s profile are entirely user-generated content submitted by third-party clients.

• These ratings are aggregated using a neutral, mathematical formula to reflect public opinion.
• They do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, representation, or safety certification by this platform regarding the quality, legality, safety, or competence of any Driver.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website, its parent company, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, bodily injury, property damage, or legal disputes arising out of or in connection with:

• The real-world conduct, omissions, or negligence of any Driver or Rider.
• A Driver's lack of adequate commercial, auto, or general liability insurance.
• Any inaccuracies, falsehoods, or misrepresentations contained within user-generated profiles or reviews.

By using this website, you explicitly acknowledge that we are a service provider immune from liability for third-party user content and actions under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act).
