Find a Private Driver Near You

1. Data Collection and Overview

We collect data from and about you to provide a safe, searchable directory experience. This data falls into three primary buckets:

Data provided by you: Account profiles, directory search queries, and reviews.
Data created by use: Search locations, page clicks, and device access logs.
Data from third parties: Verification services and anti-spam monitoring tools.

The matrix below outlines exactly what data we track, why it is processed, and who receives visibility during your search process.

Data categories, the purpose each is used for, and who can see it
Data Category	Specific Data Types	Primary Purpose for Use	Who Can See It?
Account Data	First name, last name, phone number, email address, and profile photo.	Creating profiles, authenticating log-ins, and managing your platform identity.	Visible to drivers only if you choose to directly message them.
Search & Location Data	Entered zip codes, city queries, or optional browser geolocation.	Displaying nearby driver listings and sorting the directory by closest proximity.	Drivers do not see your location until you initiate contact.
Directory Reviews	Public feedback, ratings, and text reviews left on driver profiles.	Maintaining directory quality, fraud detection, and community safety.	Publicly visible to all visitors and drivers on the website.
Communication	On-platform message text, connection timestamps, and contact logs.	Allowing you to contact drivers safely while investigating platform abuse.	Shared strictly between you and the specific driver you contacted.
Device & Usage	IP addresses, browser types, device tokens, clickstream habits, pages viewed, and the site or search you arrived from.	Preventing automated bot scraping, account takeover fraud and maintaining site speed, and measuring how the site is used — how many people visit, which pages they view, and where they came from.	Security logging stays within our internal infrastructure. Usage measurement is processed on our behalf by Google Analytics.

Because Tyrieslist.com is a discovery directory rather than a ride-matching service, you retain control over when your information is shared:

With Drivers: Your personal data is private while browsing. When you choose to contact a driver through their directory listing, your account name, profile photo, and message content are sent to that driver.
With Service Providers: We transfer technical data to cloud hosting providers, search index tools, anti-fraud monitoring services, and analytics providers — including Google Analytics, which measures site traffic on our behalf — to keep the website running and to understand how it is used.
For Legal Reasons: We may share data if required by applicable law, regulation, directory licensing, or valid government legal subpoenas.

Tyrieslist.com retains user profile and search preference data for as long as you maintain an active account on our directory.

Deletion Requests: Users can submit an account deletion request through their account dashboard at any time.
Purge Timeline: Following a request, we completely purge your profile and message history from our active directories, except where retention is strictly required for legal, tax, or fraud mitigation purposes.

We provide control tools within your account panel to let you manage your directory footprint:

Search History: You can clear your past location searches and saved driver listings via your profile settings.
Marketing Opt-outs: You may choose whether your directory search patterns are analyzed to deliver personalized email newsletters or localized platform updates.
